Do I need to have license or registration to ride a road bike or a moped scooter bike on the road?
I live in Atlanta GA. I dont have a car. Im thinking of getting a road bike or a moped bike to go around in the area. what are the laws and legislation about this?
Any vehicle with a motor on it needs to be registered.
